It also highlights the close links between adapting to climate change, mitigating its effects, the health of ecosystems, human well-being and sustainable development. It also reflects the growing diversity of players involved in climate action.<\/span><br><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">The IPCC warns that the scale and speed of current action are insufficient to tackle climate change. However, it stresses that there are many feasible and effective options for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and thereby limiting the damage caused to humans and ecosystems.
